Also do you have anything mentioned under SECONDARY OFFICE(S). In my case it is created on 21 May 2010 by SADMIN and RC Code is 6262, but I am wondering why is this appearing in my GCMS notes, because I have applied only in July 2011 and this update is almost 1 yr ago. Puzzled.
Also to let you know, under FEES, I notice Updated date 04 Feb 2012 By CONV_ADMIN and it relates to RPRF.

Your application assignment is blank because your case hasn't gone in process yet. The date it will go in process that will be your first BFD and only then they will put here next assignment date (next BFD) and name of staff to whom assignment will be assigned. Don't worry about it. That will be your next BFD. In my case my file was reviewed on 10/1/12 then on 7/2/12 and next BFD was put as 30/4/12 (assignment date) and it was assigned to ID03144(some staff member)
I repeat in my case also my POLICE CERTIFICATE IS 0 under subheading of criminality but criminality itself is 1 that is why I told you don't worry about it. In my notes too VO has said PCC on file valid. They have your PCC. Does he not say in your notes that PCC on file valid?? Check your notes.
I have same as what you said under secondary office. Please these are their internal technical terms which are very hard to understand. Just ignore it.
