Under my APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT it is all blank. I am worried why is my file not assigned to anybody.
Did you send your PCC (police clearence cerificates) along with your application?
If YES, under CRIMINALITY and sub heading POLICE CERTIFICATES is there a 0 (zero), or what does it say?

Also do you have anything mentioned under SECONDARY OFFICE(S). In my case it is created on 21 May 2010 by SADMIN and RC Code is 6262, but I am wondering why is this appearing in my GCMS notes, because I have applied only in July 2011 and this update is almost 1 yr ago. Puzzled.

Also to let you know, under FEES, I notice Updated date 04 Feb 2012 By CONV_ADMIN and it relates to RPRF.

Hi!

Your application assignment is blank because your case hasn't gone in process yet. The date it will go in process that will be your first BFD and only then they will put here next assignment date (next BFD) and name of staff to whom assignment will be assigned. Don't worry about it. That will be your next BFD. In my case my file was reviewed on 10/1/12 then on 7/2/12 and next BFD was put as 30/4/12 (assignment date) and it was assigned to ID03144(some staff member)

I repeat in my case also my POLICE CERTIFICATE IS 0 under subheading of criminality but criminality itself is 1 that is why I told you don't worry about it. In my notes too VO has said PCC on file valid. They have your PCC. Does he not say in your notes that PCC on file valid?? Check your notes.

I have same as what you said under secondary office. Please these are their internal technical terms which are very hard to understand. Just ignore it.

Fees is all ok and I have same details as you Under Fees
Fees 1 but see because RPRF hasn't paid yet so receipt section is empty like

but Fees 2
is paid (550 CAD) so you will see payment # some numbers here
initial balance
amount allocated amount owed

Did you gather the above information on your file review dates 10/1/12 and then 7/2/12 from the Application and Activity updates? I have many of those, about 10 entires but all with the same dates.

No - in my notes it does not state that my PCC is on file.

Since we applied after 1st July 2011, all of us see In Process from day 1. My e-CAS has always been 'In Process' and under that it reads ‘We received your application for permanent residence on 15 July 2011’

Do you have a second line saying 'We reviewd your application and started processing of date XXXX'

Good to see your ASSESSMENTS update. Seems like you will receive your MR anytime now.
I am thinking of applying for a second GCMS shortly.

can u pls suggest me which link i should go for GCMS or caips.which one u find good as per your experience?i dont have relatives or friends in canada.

i would like to go for the same because no MR for last 5 months after showing "in process" from Nov 15th,2011.last month also i got same reply from VO that the file is still under review with an officer.the reply i got against my CSE.VO is new delhi.

Hi!

Yes dear wait for them to ask you to send new AEO. From above it looks nothing for you has started so far except initial approval at CIO stage. Wait for your case to go in process. No BFD can be seen from above except due date of exactly one year after receiving PER. Your notes are similar to ASMB. Thanks
