Yes i m also waiting for my passport(s) i submitted to CHC ISB on 23 january 2015 5th week is going on but not received my passport(s) yet.. inn shaa Allah hope to get this week

Is the DECISION MADE on your on line status ? If so,your it will be sent to you this week most probably

first of, after sending medical results, it normally takes one month to receive ppr email. and after sending ppr for visa, they reply u in 4 weeks about issuing ur visa(i mean they issue visa in 4 weeks, and if not, u can contact at london office)
so after getting visa, u have the remaining months to enter Canada, until ur passports get expired, so its upto u whether or not get ur passports renewed.
secondly, the procedure is,get ur medical done, IOM send the medical results online (u will received Ecas status updated when cic receive ur medical results)
pay ur RPRF online, get the print of the receipt, attach it with the updated information chart of all of u and make a package and send it to the address mentioned. for making updated information chart, do it on microsoft word, mention UCI of principal applicant at top and make a chart below like this
name DOB passport num passport expiry (include whatever is required)

i have booked my medicals and have got an appointment for 10th March. You also send an email to IOM at canmedpk@iom.int ASAP to get an appointment. They dnt answer on ph so dnt waste ur time. Mention all your details in the email.. i sent it late night n got the reply today at 10am

Go strictly according to the check list ... if they have asked for attested docs then go for it... else there is no need to....

I advise you to attested from notary public because It not take too much cost and nothing to lost. It is safe and best for you.
