2 questions please ... I would really appreciate if anyone of you could answer ...

1. Our passports are going to be expired in sep 2015. Should we get them renewed now? As we have received MR as well .

2. Can the family members have their medical at different place? Like husband have it from lahore and wife n child frm karachi? Will it be ok or it will be an issue ?

I will suggest you to renew your passport because they are asked passport detail and they will not give you more than your visa more than your passport expiry date. (I think when you travel it should be 6 or more passport valid is necessary).

Did you get your spouse and children separate medical examination instruction??

Its better to renew your passports now bcoz validity of visa depend on medical done date or passport exiry date. If you wil get visa soon then expiry date wil b sep 2015 otherwise it wil be around feb 2016 1 year from medical date.
You can go for medicals in different cities or countries.

1. Can I pay RPRF fees by online in London Visa Office? (they didn't mentioned on email)
2. I received RPRF fees and Bio-data information, can I reply these through email or I have to send through courier??

...shud i submit both old and new?
.. do i need to submit any letter mentioning the renewal of passport or do i need to send any email regarding the same?
...rprf email says to submit it with in 60 days and medical email says to gt it done in 30 days ... .. does it mean that i have total 2 months to pay rprf ...

Yes i m also waiting for my passport(s) i submitted to CHC ISB on 23 january 2015 5th week is going on but not received my passport(s) yet.. inn shaa Allah hope to get this week

as my husband is the main applicant... we have got separate emails with attached medical form for all the dependents included in the application.
