Any one from Pakistan apply to London office as Provincial Nominee

I got an email for additional documents request today in which LVO asked me to submit

-Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse from the United Kingdom

Last month I got en mail from LVO for additional documents request as well


Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse from each country that you or your spouse have lived in for 6 months or more since October 2013
*Please also include original police certificates from Pakistan for you and your spouse

I have submitted updated police certificate from Pakistan this month

Now my question is

I submitted my original police certificate to CIC which has issued date from 10-07-2013 and valid for 1 year till 10-07-2014.

I left the country for good in December 2013.

Base on what I have been reading here and on the CIC website, apparently, Police Certificates (PC) are valid for only 1 year and at the time of submitting the PC (with your application) to CIC, the PC should be no older than 3 months.

Let say I use to live/work in uk but I left country by December 2013 I have never been back to UK since leaving.

My question is would the PCC I got in Novemeber 2013 still valid (considering that I got the PC when I left the country and that I have never returned to the country since) OR would I have to again get a new PC.

I submitted my original police certificate from UK with my application to CIC on December 2013. And Left UK for Good

Waiting is the game, and patient is the answer. I guess the new cases will be treated under one year, this is due to the fact that CIC promises to process the cases under 6-month from next year January when Express entry will be launched.

That is actually one of the plans of CIC. They want to process 80% of Permanent residence application in under six months from next year, and this includes Provincial nominee applicants that have got nomination from the provinces/Territories. The express entry programs that will start by January will affect all the four categories of economic immigrants (FSW, FSTW, CEC and PNP). You can see the link bellow to read further.

Hi frnds with grace of god i got passport request but it is not ppr1 they ask photes updates nd original passports .but they donot mention about delhi visa office.m in india .m in uk when i had applied.plz frnds tell me what i have to do now.

Congratulations, this message indicates you have got PPR1 and PPR2 on a single message. Since you were in the UK when you applied and you did not inform the Visa office about your relocation until the process started on your application, that means LVO will complete the process. What i will suggest on this regards is that you should raise CSE and tagged it urgent, explain to them that you are now living in India and i think they will advice you on what to do accordingly.

There is no expiry issue for police certificates if you have already left UK and police certificates are issued after you left country. They accepted one of my police certificate that was issued 2 years before i submiited my application to CIC. I was not living in that country at that time. you may need to send email to LVO and tell them the exact date you left UK and date of your police clearance. They will reply you in 28 days

I sent application to CIO Sydney on 12 August 2014 from Karachi.
CIO Sydney received by 18 August 2014.
I got nomination from Nova Scotia.

Please update information in spreadsheet.

You can send a direct email to LVO, and clearly stated your File number. Do not forget to tag it as urgent. The following is LVO email address;
