Yeah may be Islamabad conditions are delaying my passport but still my Ecas did not change to decision made.

I think it is explicitly stated on the passport request message that you should be prepared to be without your passport for 4-week or possibly 20 working days before you can contact them. Just try to be patient, i think the average days the passport takes with LVO is 10 days. By the way, have you got Decision made on your ECAS?

No my Ecas did not show decision made still. And 4 weeks have mentioned to retain passport.

Waiting is the game, and patient is the answer. I guess the new cases will be treated under one year, this is due to the fact that CIC promises to process the cases under 6-month from next year January when Express entry will be launched.

How much time does it take for the medical to complete. (Actual medical exam)
I am asking it because I will have to visit to Islamabad as there is no medical doctors of CIC panel in KP.
So will it be finished in a day and how to get an appointment. By Phone or by visiting physically.?

The whole process will take only two hours max.

Because of the situation in Islamabad you can book an appointment at IOM Lahore.

U can take appointment on call. And it will complete within 1 days even just few hours.

I got an email for additional documents request today in which LVO asked me to submit

-Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse from the United Kingdom

Last month I got en mail from LVO for additional documents request as well


Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse from each country that you or your spouse have lived in for 6 months or more since October 2013
*Please also include original police certificates from Pakistan for you and your spouse

I have submitted updated police certificate from Pakistan this month

Now my question is

I submitted my original police certificate to CIC which has issued date from 10-07-2013 and valid for 1 year till 10-07-2014.

I left the country for good in December 2013.

Base on what I have been reading here and on the CIC website, apparently, Police Certificates (PC) are valid for only 1 year and at the time of submitting the PC (with your application) to CIC, the PC should be no older than 3 months.

Let say I use to live/work in uk but I left country by December 2013 I have never been back to UK since leaving.

My question is would the PCC I got in Novemeber 2013 still valid (considering that I got the PC when I left the country and that I have never returned to the country since) OR would I have to again get a new PC.
