I hope that u'll get ppr within 10 days

It is very unfortunate to say that my SINP application has been refused (NOC CODE 4142 Elementary/Kindergarten Teacher. LVO reviewed the file for the first time, since it's been handed over to them (Feb 24,2014). The reason they gave is that the applicant has low ielts result (4.5 Bands combined for reading, listening, writing, speaking) and that the visa officer is not convinced if applicant will be successful in Canadian lifestyle/ Economy. Since proficient English is necessary for survival in Canada.

However, the applicant has fulfilled IELTS required as per SINP and that's the reason their file was nominated and approved in the first place. I just don't get this at all?.

Now they have left a window of 90 days (3 months) to appeal or submit any documents. So much wait and hope and at the end this is what we hear. Anyways gone by is gone by. Can someone tell me what are the things that can be done at this stage? How to go the best way in these 90 days window. Seniors kindly put your kind suggestions and if anyone had the similar experience, what are the things would you guys recommend?. Thanks

This is sad, but life never stops... try again and again...
actually you fulfilled the provincial criteria regarding english language requirements. but the problem arose from your NOC, which is related to Teaching.. and in teaching specially kids require high level of understanding listening, reading speaking... other professions 6 or 6.5 is sufficient to start with and by passage of time...

Here you can do only one thing in this 90 days period ask LVO about the satisfactory IELTS requirement for your NOC and ask for time... and then you have to achieve that.. this is the best way to achieve your dreams... A hardwork now will be fruitful for you for the future in Canada...

Hope you will sort out this matter successfully.. in sha ALLAH
