Dear seniors I have a question actually my brother send email to visa office last month and notify them about his marriage and he asked which forms he need to send updated so He got email and visa office give him 3 months to do so, and now he got his medical even he not send any form. And now he dont wanna include his wife in his application due to some study resons , so my question is he just ignore the email in which they ask to send documents of his wife bcz he already got his medical because if they updated his application then why they send his medical or he have to send email again to tell them whats going on. Thanks

I think your brother can not do this as now he don't want to include his wife in application... Because there would be 2 possibilities according to me

1. He is now married so he has to tell the immigration officers that his civil status is changed, once he will tell VO about change VO will ask about the documents for his wife...

2. He will update his application with his wife as non-accompanying but after reaching canada i don't know his wife can follow him or not..

But they send medicals for your brother its good send medicals along with updated information about marriage and they will check the BG of his wife and will send the medicals of his wife, after that PPR-1..

Ur brother must send updated forms and if he dont want to add his wife then mention non accompany her.but i think its better time to accompany her. But next is ur decision

I hope that on wednesday u can check online status bcz cic update ther website on tuesday so just relax. Its begining of waiting game
