Dear all seniors member i want to bring something in ur knowledge nd want to get some information from u all i got to knw from some sources tht federal office of london are rejecting files under nomination letter specially saskatchewan applicant under family category stating tht ielts requirement isnt up to their mark. As i know one of family who got refusal stating tht 6 bands r not enough as her profession is teacher nd they refused her . So dear mate plz let me know i have got also got 6 bands nd my profession is accountant and i was given NOC CODE IS 111 plz tel me wht iam supposed to do in ths 6 bands r enough or nt for me ??

Let me mention here its nt only one case tht i knw ..i personally know atleast 3 to 4 cases who got refusal bcz of ielts. Any one who knows regarding ths plz share ur experience ..

Some one gave me below "Wazifa" for any hurdle in immigration or visa application.

Hajat ka Wazifa :- Aap ki koi bhi aisi hajat ho jo aap ko lage k uska po0ra hona mushkil he nahi balke na mumkin hai!
jese qarz, shadi, mali mushkilat, beron e mulk safar etc etc to aap Allah pe bharosa rakhain aur wednesday ki raat ko maghrib ki namaz k bad surah talaq ki ayat no. 2 aur 3 ko aap 114 dafa parhain aur uske forun baad surah qadar 4 dafa parhain aur charo directions pe dum karain ( daain, baain aur ooper, neeche )

aur agle din yani thursday aur friday ko ye amal repeat karain
agar khuda na khuwasta aap ki hajat po0ri na ho to next week dubara ye amal start karain aur uske baad wala week bhi inshallah aap ki hajat puri hojaye gi aur aap khud hairan reh jayengay k Allah ne kese apki hajat puri kar di!

Can u tell me that for nomination in Sinp, any supporter is necessary or not? Any province in which supporter is not necessary?

I think there must be some supporter... First of all now no province have category for family supporter... others are only skilled worker with job offers..

I heard about this case... but thats only for teachers and its logical... if you have IELTS 6 only how one can teach there in their schools to children...!
but its not true for other professions... like urs, mine... i will give you mine example... for my profession 6.5 IELTS is need for licensing which i have it... and i have plenty of examples that many families got visas in this category...
If your status is updated to "Medical Results have been received" it mean your case is approved and have positive review...
even if you receive RPRF request it means your case is approved, its mentioned in CIC PNP application Guide here

"2. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested at a later stage if your application is approved."

I just want to make sure tht my ielts bands are good enough to qualify for visa as i got 6 in listening 5.5 in reading 6.5 in writing and 6.5 in speaking over all 6. So plz all seniors wht iam supposed to do should i retake the test to b at safe side or not??

Good.. LVO is working on your application...
But i don't know what is this Questionaire form is? I didn't send it with application, even its not mentioned in documents checklist for PNP application...
Please can you explain a bit...

Yeah u r right bcz i did not find these form in provincial nominee package. But they have sent me a link which is family sponsor class and i have read questionaire form imm5540 and imm 5285 which is totally belong to my spouse and my wedding proof. U know that recently i got married. I think that i have added my spouse in my application and may b it consider as family sponsorship. But really i m confused that y they want family class belonging forms from me?
Even to fill that form, i have to send many proof of my wedding and strong relationship as well

So you mean your spouse is Canadian? if yes then you should write in this forum "Family Sponsor" Section.. they someone will surely guide you...

No my spouse is not Canadian. He is living in spain and i have added him in my application. So i m his sponsor.
