Might be there would be some change, in some processes.
But you can not sponsor your real brother ,as there is limitation that you can not support your real brother/real sister over 18 years. My case was the same, then my application was accepted under general stream not the family stream.

Hi all,

Well just after I had lost faith and slagged off London VO, 5 minutes later I received an email from them (Are they monitoring this site?) asking for a detailed explanation as to how I will economically establish my self once in Canada and supply 6 months bank statements (This seems common with most applicants). This was submitted with our MPNP application (Settlement Plan 1&2) they want it again? It even says on the email that they realise as a PNP applicant that we have submitted this information before but want it again? Oh well just have to gather what they want and send it off with a smile.

The strange thing is, they have also requested RPRF payment but no MR, thought RPRF & MR were requested together? They also informed me that they reviewed our application in London on the 5th March and have given us a new Ref number?

So eventually movement, so that's good, hopefully everyone else will see progress shortly.

Yes I got your point that New Delhi is not at all responsible in your case & actual culprit is CHC, London.

You should send a print out of DHL tracking record & payment receipts to them via courier too.

InshaAllah they'll be able to locate your reports after your assurance that you did your part already.

I'm not sure but I always heard that 5 band is considered sufficient to qualify but again it depends on NOC too. Low skilled jobs don't require a high score. Tell your brother to calculate his points by using MPNP points calculator. Minimum points required to apply are 65. Kindly download it from following link:

Congrats just saw your 2nd post. I was about to reply to your first post that don't worry CHC, London usually answer us with computer generated emails & their reply is same to all. As you are residing in London so your whole PR process will take 6-8 months. CHC, London is slow for applicants residing outside the UK.

Hopefully you'll get MR within next 1-2 months after submission of requested documents.

In your establishment plan, You have to write in DETAIL about all factors/your plus points, which will make you establish yourself successfully in Canada.

Following are points which I discussed in my own plan:

1: My education/diplomas/certifications

2: My language skills

3: My work experience

4: My job is regulated/non regulated?What steps will I take to get a job in my own field?What are the chances of getting employment in Canada within first 3 months?

5: Family support in Canada

6: My sufficient bank assets

I discussed these points in detail as these are my plus points & these all will contribute in my successful settlement in Canada. So you have to elaborate these points in your own words according to your education & job experience. You can add more points in it. 2-3 pages would be sufficient.

For all kids Sight, Weight, Height & Physical examination is compulsory.

Only Urine test would be done for kids above 6 - 12 years.

Above 12 years, Chest X-ray would be included too.

Above 18 years, Blood test would be included to rest of tests.
