1. Funds available for your visit = Liquid cash that will pay for your airfare and visit (bank balance, for example, earned by you)
2. Proficiency test (doesn't apply to visitors) = IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, etc
3. If you have made provisional hotel bookings then give that address
