I think you will get your PPR on Tuesday or Wednesday. This is my opinion by tracking people who get PPR email in this from.
Your interview waived if your DM.

It doesn't hurt if you send the request. The report may not give you much information, but some people believe when CIC gets the request they may take an action and your background check gets started.

Before your ECAS changed to Decision Made was it just showing "in process"? What does your MyCIC show?

No it hasn't yet, should I wait ?

There is no certain time to request it. But if you request it now you will know what's going on with your application..by the time you see something is off it will be too late to request becouse you need to wait 30 days.

Request now once you receive it;request again. Thats what I have done. Keep requesting it back to back that keeps you in loop ..kind of!
