only personal recommendation , always not bad to send them email and ask for clarifications in your application , as you know country of residency is one of the main causes of delays or in some cases shorter processing time , did you submit her Police clearances both For Russia and Iran ?

Yes we submitted both police certificates. Yes It is a great idea to contact them.

Sohrab jaan, it is a good idea to confirm the address but if her address is from Russia the file wouldn't be transferred to Ankara. Send them case specific enquiry and ask if the address is correct.

Hi. You have a point my friend. They wouldn't transfer the application to Ankara if the country of residence is Russia. As you suggested I sent a case specific inquiry about the address. Hopefully they will reply back.
