Yes, we received the request via email. They sent the email both to the sponsor and PA. I filled out a form to be their representative.

We have been asked by Ankara Office to pay the right of permanent residence fee. I have already paid for it when we got the additional document request from Ontario. I recently contacted their office and they confirmed that they have received. I have sent a few emails so far to Ankara office but have not received any response. We are concerned that this may cause further delay in processing our application. Do you have any suggestion?

Have you ever ordered the GCMS ? If you did then take a look carefully and you should see the notice that the PR fee is received

Yes, we have received GCMS notes. It says it has been received and yet we got this email to pay the RPRF. It may have been a generic email and I hope they correct it.

If you see it in the GCMS note then you should not worry. When they will ask for the passports, write the letter and add that you have already paid the PR fees and there is a record in the GCMS... Good luck !

Hi everybody! I just found out from your posts here that some people are receiving medical forms from the Ankara office! That is GREAT! I am getting excited!!!! I applied for my parents sponsorship on Aug 2008. My file was approved and transfered to Ankara on May 2012. But no news after that. My online status shows in progress since Dec 2012. Is there any body there with the similar timeline??? and new news??????

I applied for my parents sponsorship on Aug 2008. My file was approved and transfered to Ankara on May 2012. But no news after that. My online status shows in progress since Dec 2012. Is there any body there with the similar timeline??? and new news??????

I remember from another forum that your file was transferred to Ankara a few days after ours. We have a similar timeline. We applied in October of 2008 and our file was transferred to Ankara in May of 2012. There have been a number of communications with Ankara office since then. They sent me a letter asking for additional document but I never received it. I found it through the GCMS notes. They resent the letter after I made the request. Have you tried ordering the GCMS notes?

Congratulations Nelly. Let's share any additional progress through this forum. My family sent their medical results last week. I have heard that it should take about 40 days to two months from now.

Thank you so much for your responses! No I haven't ordered any GCMS notes so far. Is it easy to order? and how long does it take to receive them? Maybe I will wait for a few more weeks and then order that. As my time line is close to yours so I keep my fingers crossed and best congrats to you who received the medical forms
