I havint seen my wife since last June and its 9 months since application in process wtf

its almost 13 months since my process started, and I haven't seen my wife since 15 months

I will be happy if the process is done with in 18 months

I know it's really hard being separated from a loved one for such a long time

Left my wife .. almost a year now, I went to visit her 3 months ago for 10 days .... not nearly enough time .. but it was all i could get ... now I must wait another year .. sigh ..

God help us all

After sending an email to the Embassy in Amman of my applicant regarding any updates to his file...this is what they reply back after having applied LAST YEAR January 2011....

Your application is still in process at our office. We will notify you once we are ready to finalize your case.

January 2011 NOT 2012 was when we filed the application but it took a couple months just to hear a reply back...very sad I know

I have a some questions ... Now I know I still have a lot of waiting to do before I get to this stage, but I need to feed my curiosity

1. So far from everyone that has submitted, and people you know, has everyone's principle applicants been asked to do an interview ? ( In either Syria or Jordan )
2. I have heard many different versions of how the interview process goes, can someone share their experience ?
3. What role does the interview play in the acceptance process ? is it the deciding factor ?
4. Is it possible to prove the relationship is 100% genuine, and avoid the interview process ? if so, what proofs must be submitted ?

I'v been getting a lot of different answers and I don't know what to think, I just need some clarity, particularly about the interview process, and it's effects

today i complete my 16 months stage 2, dont know for how long i still need to wait more, hope to hear something in this holy month, isha allah all of us will hear from the embassy soon.

2 days ago, we completed 15 months of stage 2 processing...hopefully we hear something soon. We sent an email to the embassy and they replied saying that our application was still IN PROCESS and that they will notify us when it is in final stage...how long will that be another 15 months??? Such BS if you ask me.
