Why .. their Canadians, and should be working standard 6-8 hours a day... and should be subjected to Canadian holidays, not that of the country they reside in ..feverdreams said:I have a feeling because it is Ramadan they will slack off like no tomorrow! I bet you their work hours are even cut short. Might as well check back after Eid!
I think its the holiday season. Canadians like to take vacation and go back to Canada during August, because the weather is niceCKnD said:Why .. their Canadians, and should be working standard 6-8 hours a day... and should be subjected to Canadian holidays, not that of the country they reside in ..

I bet your right, although with Amman handling 3 countries applications you'd think they would hire more to reduce the backlog, and/or compensate for the people on holiday
Even though I think they still slack off cause face it majority are Arabs (considering they would want people that speak the language of the country and applicants). I do feel for them though it is Ramadan and they are working. I myself have been slacking off work and school here because its Ramadan. So I am not gonna blame them too much. What is a few more months gonna do honestly? They have already taken so much time out of our lives.CKnD said:Why .. their Canadians, and should be working standard 6-8 hours a day... and should be subjected to Canadian holidays, not that of the country they reside in ..
I work construction, which in Ramadan is really hard. Generally I find myself slacking a little, that is a given this time of month. But these applications affect peoples lives. Since I started this application I find myself sleeping less, stressing more, eating less, and so on.feverdreams said:Even though I think they still slack off cause face it majority are Arabs (considering they would want people that speak the language of the country and applicants). That is not to say they don't deserve a break, on the contrary I believe they do, but especially during this month ( Ramadan ), hiring more people to lighten the work load without falling behind just makes perfect sense.. no ?
you are completely rightI.kat said:totally agree with you but as feverdreams said in one of the posts, theyr mostly arabs. now dont forget what happened to us just to get our documents ready to send the application. do u know why ? because we were dealing with arabs! never depend on arabs finishing up their work on time! im sorry but this is just the way it is! but then again, yes ottawa should have sent more help..
Awe that's great elhamdallah! You're 1/4 there lool but don't let that discourage you ! Time will fly I promise you I still can't believe it is almost 10 months for us!CKnD said:APPROVED !!!!
