Is it just me or does anyone else get frustrated when everyone at work, family friends ask...

"When is your husband coming ?"

I get it at least once a day....

I know I don't but it just triggers me even the question .

I know I don't but it just triggers me even the question .

I understand your situation but try to be calm . That's why you should be relax and not stressing yourself to be here at the forum as well you are at your 6mont or 7mon pregnancy the more you read unpleasant here or outside it will affect you and your baby . So better just think positive who ever ask you about your husband take a big deep breath before sayING soon .

Its annoying because I'm giving birth on April 15....not knowing if he will be here is painful. I'm going to all these prenatal classes by myself , go to all doctor appointment by myself while everyone had their partners .... And everyone at work and friends ...everyday "when Maher coming ?" And e eryday I have to explain I don't know and explain the whole process. I'm trying to hold it together but it's hard . We both feel powerless .
I just had my baby on the 16th without my husband. We sent several requests for expedition or to consider a speedy process but to no avail. My husband had to miss the birth of our first child due to their laziness.

See my logic was ....this is the same PR, the same file number etc.the file it just continued processing, they already know we were rejected but it decision was overturned not a permanent refusal..... If one re-applied I would a yes.

But I can see how this question is a bit subjective and open to interpretation with those of us with successful appeals. I hope it's not a big deal or if it is at least be given the opportunity to explain lol.
I guess it could be either way really. I put no and said denied PR but won appeal Nov 2017...

Thank you.

My child was born outside of Canada, and got the citizenship through Canadian embassy. I will attach an explanatory letter to address this.
No, you shouldn't include any of your family members who has already been a PR or Citizen of Canada on IMM0008, it is 100% certain. Read what you post it here in bold, the last sentence clearly told you so.

You do need to list your son and your wife (your sponsor, I suppose) on the form of additional family information, sorry I cannot remember the form number.

Hi

I see how it's a bit confusing . Personally, I would include the child and birth certificate...BUT include an explanatory letter that the child was born in Canada and is Canadian. And the birth certificate will show that.

I always over provide information than under provide and give explanations.

But that's just my opinion other members may have different views and experiences.

1. The child is not included in the application, is only listed on the IMM 5406.

it does not matter if you have a baby or not they will not jump your husband application infront of everyone else

It depends where you live. If around Toronto, you are looking at around 2 years from the date that you filed your appeal, Vancouver area is a little faster, it will probably around year and half.
