A brother/friend sent an email on behalf of his to an immigration consultant in mississauga and he copied me to share with him my opinion. I decided to put it here for us to duscuss. It is not me that has been refused a visa

To be honest with you, it totally doesn't make any sense that why an immigration consultant would like to share his client's case info with an outsider? Are you saying you have better knowledge/experience than the immigration consultant that he needs your professional opinion on this case? It doesn't mention that what the immigration consultant did was totally wrong to share client's information without his client's consent.

Anyway, I believe that no one here can provide you any suggestions without knowing a whole picture of this case. At least people need to know the background story of this case, in order to providing help.

Don't mind him....he think he's smarter but he doesn't know he's fooling himself.....a problem shared is a problem solved.

Yes I appealed in and appeal was allowed in January of 2017

we appealed June 2,2017 and received bluebook in the beginning of October 2017. i called IAD and they told me our case is with an Early Resolution Officer. so now I'm wondering what's next ..does anyone know approx when I'll heat anything from the ERO?

Ana , you can't choose ADR or appeal but they will select some cases which they believe these cases can be done with less effort . if your case is selected for ADR , you will receive a phone call then a letter .

where does this call come from Winnipeg, missiagwa or Vancouver?

I just rcved a letter from iad from an early resolution officer that they wish to have my proof submitted to them before a full hearing and that i provide them within a month. What does tht mean ? Is my case selected for ADR ?

my vase was sent to an early resolution officer too. I'm confused. I was told am early resolution officer tries to settle your case out of court if it's an easy fix

I appealed March, received blue book end of June and found out my date in September for November, we were delayed due to summer vacation etc. I was able to contact the person who was in charge of my file in Montreal and she told me that I would have ADR and that it would be approximately December, we got mid November date. I Would suggest contacting your appeal office and ask, never know until you try!

I appealed in feb 2017 and got blue book in july then i was selected for ADR which was on 7th december
So according to your timeline maybe you would hear somthing from them in feb or march

Early resolution is same as adr. They are checking if ur case can be resolve in less than an hr.

I waited nearly 2 months to get the written decision. I depends who's handling your appeal, some people get decision faster, some people don't.

Hi guys keep me in your pray God is so good I have been following this situe and find it very helpful thanks guys for sharing but my question is would a letter from my son school help my case cause the school said that they would give me a letter for my son the reason is that he been acting out in school and I keep getting phone call from the school about his behavior the school asked me if there is a problem at home so I told them everything that happened and that my son father was denied visa to come to Canada so they willing to give me a supporting letter on behave of my son and I when to the appeal office they say my case is this year between spring or fall need to know what else is needed I have the pic and chats and letters but is there anything else I can get to prove to the court we marriage is real please advice need

It’s hard to say when each individual will get the response they are waiting for. Seems nobody has the same time line even if denied same time. Early resolution officer looks at file and sees if it can be resolved with and ADR instead of full trial. Keep fingers crossed and good luck

I say yes. Use anything and everything you can as evidence .
