Not really cause am from the Caribbean and my file when to Mexico my lawyer told me that they have close half of the embassy and the rest embassy is overloaded so they send your file to different visa office

Did you misrepresent yourself cause was reading that procedural fairness is when you misrepresented your self or they have information that someone send them to prove that your case is not real

Am with Mexico too I submitted the ARC forms in late August and got the passport request yesterday

Thanks be to God after a long battle with these immgartion people they finally ask for my husband passport to stamp the visa long and rough battle guys but keep the faith and trust God in everything

You can appeal the decision at the federal court and see then ask them for the officer note on why he didn’t grant you your ARC then you can have a better idea why he refuses you
