God is great just received email that my husband passport is ready for pick up it was just last week Friday I send the passport wow God is good it been a long journey for us but God see us through finally it’s over it’s over tears tears tears

Question...do you get a procedural fairness letter before denial? My hubby had his interview yesterday and was told they dont believe the marriage is genuine. Dm today. Anyone?

After they refused my husband because they feel the marriage is not genuine and was trying to just get status here they send a letter one for me and one for him telling us what is our options

The option was we can appeal the decision before the court

Did you misrepresent yourself cause was reading that procedural fairness is when you misrepresented your self or they have information that someone send them to prove that your case is not real
