Thanks dear for your reply. Do you know how long before they will let us know the dateYa, 2 years. But it is approaching fast to you. You filed in July, 2016, and it is most likely that you will have your hearing date in the coming July of this year. So, another 6 months, taken or given, for you to wait.
Oh no I remember reading a post of a lady in a similar situation. Congrats on your baby but I'm sorry your husband wasn't there I'm trying to be hopeful but I'm preparing for the worst just in case .I just had my baby on the 16th without my husband. We sent several requests for expedition or to consider a speedy process but to no avail. My husband had to miss the birth of our first child due to their laziness.
It really depends . Every case is different. I appealed December 2016.....I got a phone call in August 2017 for an ADR date in September 2017.How long before they let you know your hearing date is. Toronto Canada
ours had lots of our pictures, western u ion receipts, chats, and it corresponded with our application and showed that what the interviewer denied us for is all wrong.yeah it has all the files (pics, bills،western union slips, everything)
How did you originally fill it out ?Does anyone know how to fill in TIMELINE on question 8 of FORM 5669E Schedule A/Declaration ? I searched the forum, I could not seem to find a firm example. Thanks.
I'm not sure how other people feel about this ....but I would be careful about including western union slips ...especially if the Canadian in sending spouse overseas money. Most cases are denied because government thinks the foreigner entered marriage to enter Canada or for economic advantages. If it shows the Canadian sending lots of money to their spouse that they already think is using you....this evidence could work against ones case. This is just my opinion though . I sent my husband a little money on birthdays etc...not a huge amount maybe couple hundred dollars over 2.5 years ...but I didn't include it in evidence ....because it could work against us in the eyes of the officer .ours had lots of our pictures, western u ion receipts, chats, and it corresponded with our application and showed that what the interviewer denied us for is all wrong.
You should be using the generic form to start all over again because there's a additional space for you to full inHow did you originally fill it out ?
This is the "personal history " right ?
I kept my husband's the same just updated what he has done since we handed in current application.
I actually added an attached sheet with a table of what he has done from 18 years old until now ....following the headings they requested in the form
But this question shouldn't be to different from your original answer before your appeal....just add new information as to what your spouse / yourself has been doing ....
Work, school, unemployed etc.
I was responding to someone else's inquiry. I used the fresh forms they sent me by email and copied what I could from old application and updated new information. You should be using the generic form to start all over again because there's a additional space for you to full in
I been waiting no hearing date yet filled intoronto July 2016To be honest and on offense, you are the extremely lucky one, that you only waited 10 months from denial to DM. The majority people here won't get ADR, then in general speaking, it will realistically to wait about 2 years just to get the hearing date for their full appeal. So, don't keep giving the false expectations to those unfortunate ones. The waiting is already hard for them.
Everyone is different on here....I seen some couples reunited in 4 months, some 6 or 7. My appeal was allowed on September 20....sent in updated forms November 9,th....now been waiting since thenCan anyone tell me at least how long will it take for spouse to get visa after the appeal is allowed in Toronto?
