I got dna request for kids and father on Aug 2020 . Kids samples are taken in Canada but still waiting for father to get his appointment for lab in New Delhi. Anyone with same problem

I am now reapplying again after 1 year of appeal dismissed. With 2 child born of the marriage. What are my chances to prove marriage is genius now I have 2nd child and been married for 6.5 years

What is my best option since I had applied 2 time already the lost in full hearing, I have baby , they did not ask for DNA and dismissed the position point saying there was no DNA of the baby as evidence. Should I go to federal or reapply

I applied 2 times before and third time I appealed. I visited every year for 3/4 months and been visiting after 6/7 month. Judge took everything negative because of my past history

How long does it take in federal court because that’s what I need to do now

No decision yet 10 weeks from hearing 71 days, so my lawyer said wait week or 2 then he will write them letter.

Wow I think so too we cleared all the concerns , and they did believe our marriage was real just ministery councilar kept pointing my past..

U should get it translated, I communicate in Punjabi and ministry officer said he don’t understand the msg so judge said then we won’t put a lot of weight on that , but my lawyer cover that by showing the judge that there are a lot of pic and videos also send when show our communications

Yes it’s has been 60 days as of yet and last week I caLl to find out status they said judge is working on it
