Hey Manpi23... dont stress yourself because other ppl get ppr before you. In the sponsorship process, immigration officers are very inconsistent .. So just wait until you hear from them. yes it hard when you dont hear from them but they are working and when your time comes god will make it work out for you...Manpi23 said:Hello can anyone plz tell me..my husband applied for spouse visa in october 2014 for canada.and file was receving on new delhi on 10 jan 2015.after taht i am still waiting....but one of my friend got visa .as she applied in feb 2015.she also told me that dec and jan session walya nu v mil gaya.m really tensed.plz smone help me.

thanks dearMaddants said:Congrats on your ppr.... You dont have to send in anything for your daughter at all since she is already a Canadian citizen with a Canadian passport. You are the one that going to need your visa and landing papers since you are not a citizen like your daughter. I hope tis help you out
Im sorry to hear that Maria... we just have to hope for the best... if its a refusal letter then they should hurry up and give your husband so you can start the process off appealing there decision soon...maria a said:Oh man i dont think its ppr ... Hi Qammaq,Qammaq said:Hi there,
I received a refusal letter today. I had applied 25 months ago and I'm definitely going to appeal it but just have one question. Is it a good idea to apply for visitors for my wife meanwhile? Im in a situation where it's really hard for me to visit my wife where as she can and I have spoken to police department and they are willing to draft a letter for me explaining my current situation and and reason why it's difficult for me to visit my wife also local MP can write a letter to support my application and my family doctor can also provide a letter. But I'm confused because my visitors application was refused once about year an half ago but I didn't have all these things attached with my application. A prompt reply would really be appreciated please share your opinion or experience if you have gone through similar situation.
Thanks
