Hello Everyone, I have a question for everyone that has one their appeal case.........I would like to know after winning your appeal case how long did it take to get you decision letter for IAD Board.... Did they email the letter or send it tru the regular mail....One more question after appeal how long it too them to ask for medical, police record, and update forms.......

It took me 45 days for the decision letter. I still have not received for request to do Medical and Police clearance.
I called the IAD office and they told me my file is transferred to Ottawa office. From here a another couple months they told me.

i have a question. we have received the decision letter already but still waiting to hear from immigration. if we were to do the medical early...do we use the same file number that we were given when we submitted our application at first?
