yusuf60 .. our full hearing was in Calgary . judge did not comment on our relationship , after testimany she said we will mail you our decision in two to three month. I don't knw wether its a good sign or wrong. we are just crossing our fingers and prying .

hello sahil , they asked about when I went to india to get marry where I went first direct? , I said direct to my husband place and he said to my frnd place so he lied to being indian man as bride not go to bridegroom place before marriage so that was the first not identical answer and on our daughter sir name on passport is saini and his has singh so that was a big issue for them however we explain them and we have love marriage so my parents were not involve and was not big fat Indian wedding .

We have the same timeline. Vancouver, appealled January 2015, got the blue book May, full hearing but no news until now. My lawyer called IAD several months ago, they said the hearing may be scheduled around the New Year. Hope we will get information this month.

I appealled early Jan, 2015, had ADR on 10th, Sep, failed, scheduled full hearing in Middle, Dec. Thats my timeline.

right after the adr in Vancouver, my husband asked for a full hearing date, i think its 14th, Dec, or 16th, Dec. But we will call and confirm again with IAD before going.
