Hi. My wife and I won our appeal in Aug/15. She still hasn't received any forms from Singapore telling her to redo her medical and police reports.

Does anyone know how long (usually) after the court case she might receive the forms?

Hello121 ...I've got told from my lawyer that it can take the visa office 3 to 4 month to request a new medical and other documents after won appeal . We won our appeal on August /20. and also still didn't hear anything from them yet either

Call the IAD office and find out that you haven't received your decision letter yet. Give your file number to them and they look up tell you.

This is right the system.its not .fair.how many people they are in pain and sufer..some people they get married many years..just emgration office.decide.in one page.I no blive.the pic or crazy .things.and after refuse go to apeal stay more then one year..and they can lose apeal too..realy .is big problems just I hope every one have good chance with crazy emgration system

They might able to tell you when your decision will be send out since you are over 60 -90 days. They might tell the office that you called and might able to send your decision and take action. Just call them and see.

congrats with your news.....They are working on your file right now....so it should not be to long now....after winning an appeal it can take about 5-9 months for everything to finish....so you are almost there. just hang in there........we won our appeal last week so i know it going to take some time for me to hear from the embassy but i been waiting so long now so it not going to hurt me if i have to wait a few more months to get my visa. So just be strong and pray that everything work out good.
