My wife had a interview on 26th March.
Today I got refusal email.
I am so lost what to do next and if anyone know good Lawyer in GTA area please help.
I leave in Niagara region.

If the deportation took place over 6 years ago, they would still ask for the ARC? Also it's been 2 months since we submitted the PPC & Medical. Hypothetically speaking, if they ask for ARC then what's the processing time for ARC? Would they complete the application within the 12 months as they state on their website?

Hi please advise me should I enquire as I submit the medical n updated forms since feb2019 after winning the appeal in October 2018
