just an update my lawyer just send me an e-mail saying that my appeal has been set on November 5 at 1pm....so happy ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D can't even explain how I feel right now...guy need ur help how many hours did ur appeal was..cause my appeal is set at 1pm I was wondering would this time be enough to cover the appeal hearing? anyone who have been through this please share...

Hello! I am so happy for you my friend! My appeal was also set at 1:00 pm and the judge was 30 minutes late. It lasted over 3 hours and since our hearing was not completely done, the judge asked the ministry's counsel and my consultant to write their reports.

So the appeal will take place after one complete year you got the refusal, right? I will think of you and pray for you around that time. Best wishes!

thank you habibiti 4 ur reply... our case was refused 10 days less to 2years...what a wait and a battle 2years...we have learned so much more about life in this 2yrs of waiting 4 a appeal date...thanks again 4 keeping me in ur prayer....if there is anything u can let me know please do let me know...

Im waiting for my blue book .. i realy hope i wil get in end of august cuz my lawyer has sent appeal in mid of April 2013
Cuz it wil b 4 months as embassy says tht we can get objection papers afer 4 months

and when u got ur blue book from embassy (4 or 3 months after submitted ur apeal in court )

We still didnt get our letter either. Did you order your CAIPS notes? My consultant said we can move forward without the letter as it seems like we will never get it! And all the information we need is in the notes. Im meeting with him this Friday to send the appeal in. Where are you at with your appeal?

My case is refusal case , reason was my documents that I sent to my lawyer did not reach to Islamabad Embassy and Islamabad embassy sent reminder to lawyer after one month that lawyer did not receive , I have appealed on 15 April, 2013 I want to know how long will take for documents transferring? and what about chances of ADR ?is there any chance of ADR??
