Is there a spreadsheet to track applications going through the appeal process? I just haven't seen many people as before.

Having been following appeal/hearing cases on Canlii.org there are no hearing was entered on the month of May,2021 or June, this year even April, 2021 only one entry. The impression am getting are, there’re not many appeal cases and if there’s, they’re settling before hearing. What do you think?

This fee was returned to you when your application was denied. If he didn't get it back, you should ask IRCC. You shouldn't have to pay it twice.

Or may be He’s not paid RRPF before the Refusal. When you appeal you don’t get back Fees until the appeal process is finished win or lose it says in Notice of appeal
