So we are just sending out our Appeal form with refusal letter tomorrow. At this point we have not hired a lawyer, We are just little confused about the "Counsel" section on the form. Do I just mark "NO", If I do not have a lawyer or an attorney at the moment.
Mailing out : Appeal Form and Refusal letter.
And not email correct?
Please let me know if I need to include anything else.
And also If I do decide to hire a lawyer later down the road. Do I have to update the IAD ?
Please anyone?
