So we are just sending out our Appeal form with refusal letter tomorrow. At this point we have not hired a lawyer, We are just little confused about the "Counsel" section on the form. Do I just mark "NO", If I do not have a lawyer or an attorney at the moment.
Mailing out : Appeal Form and Refusal letter.
Please let me know if I need to include anything else.
And also If I do decide to hire a lawyer later down the road. Do I have to update the IAD ?

Basically yes to all your questions. Just please make sure you are going to email it to the right office (depending on your location in Canada).

Yep :/ nothing has changed.. only reason covid delays and file is in CPC-M
After winning appeal and then submitting medical and updated forms along with police certificate, can they refuse it again?
Oh that would be cruel but you never know. Hope for the best. Plus if nothing has changed regarding your situation, you should be ok. Good luck., hope you get PPR soon.
Just mail the letter they asked you to mail, nothing else at this time. I actually faxed my letter. Leave the attorney blank...when I sent my appeal I did not have an attorney. You do not need to update IAD, just send the form and it goes to IAD.
After months of wait my husband finally was asked for his medical and forms update. We also got pre arival letter.
Today my husband gave his medical but he received a form to take sputum test. 3 tests in july (5,6,7) and then redo xray on sept 30.
Is this worrying? Why this test?
I am so worried and drained. I cant take the wait anymore. 3 more months of wait? Seriously? When is this damn process going to end.
