I called immigration appeal division Vancouver they said ur member reserved the decision nothing under the file yet and they will send decision to you in writing. So much tense it’s going to be 2 months on 15 of this month and I asked how long it takes to give decision, she said can be weeks or months , she said all depends on ur member ! Very nervous.

Well, all hearings now are virtual. It took about 1 year from having an application refused to receiving blue and having a hearing booked.

First you need to see what’s reason of refusal , then see if reapplying makes difference in the decision then make a new application otherwise no point .

The Member has up to 8 weeks to make decision...hopefully you will get a decision this week
