Your wife should make GCKEy account where she can receive and submit or upload documents. it's highly recommended by cic to one.

No, I couldn't link my App to GCKEY account due to I have paid representative. You must be talking about ECAS which is different it just only show status only ECAS, but if you do have GCKEY account there must be attachment if cic request something here is the...

Hi Rahma, My app is sitting DARVO since Oct 22, 2017 they haven't sent AOR2 to us yet. Are you sure there's no attachment on your GCKEY? if you linked your online account usually CIC don't send email/attachment other than notification.
