Yes, mine transferred there in January 2021 so I might have a really long wait. I sent in a Web form weeks ago, got a response today asking for PA information even though I provided them with my application number. This is just a way to stall things even further. A bunch of idiots. I'm was very calm before but not I'm getting frustrated with the process.

My file was not transferred right away. Won appeal Aug. 07, 2020 but file transfered to MVO on Oct. 07, 2020. But still its been 5 months since transfered but no update. Did Web forum and MP inquiry but nothing helped. They just give me my old file status that it was refused and they dont have any new information even though I send them the letter from IAD that appeal was allowed and just wanted to know when the file will be reopen but everything was useless. Seems like they dont want to work on appeal files right now. Very frustrated with IRCC.

I called immigration appeal division Vancouver they said ur member reserved the decision nothing under the file yet and they will send decision to you in writing. So much tense it’s going to be 2 months on 15 of this month and I asked how long it takes to give decision, she said can be weeks or months , she said all depends on ur member ! Very nervous.

My 8 weeks will be this Friday !! Let’s hope for the best ! Frustrating even after appeals are allowed everyone is waiting and waiting.

I want to bless God we finally won our appeal after two different days of hearings.We got a decision letter after 4 weeks. 1st application was refused,second application was refused and the third application was equally refused.While we summoned courage to appeal the third refusal and it was a success.We cannot but give glory to God.It is gradually getting to an end!

How long does it take to get the blue book? I have read 120 days, any chance it could happen in a shorter time than that?

That’s so annoying! Why do they need 120 days anyway? It should all be documented and complete!! Making us wait a year to be refused and another year for the appeal. They have no appreciation for other people’s lives.

No 3 years since the process the whole thing we applied 2018 apr 3 we just won the appeal last month
