    The agent told me there are no timeframe or time lines. I asked her why it takes so long to send the file out but no good reason given

    I meant that my application has been to digitization on October 7 and still nothing. The agent was giving me the run around, telling me to call Canadian border for immigration and refugees???!!!! What the fuck is this

    I called IRCC and the agent said my file was digitized on October 6, but is still in CPC-M. Why does it take long to send it on to the visa office? I Don’t understand tbh, it’s all done online. Doesn’t take a second to hit the send button?

    Same here. The agent was nice though, apologized 10 times that he couldn’t say anything. I’m anxious, I have worries and fears with delays. We can only control our reactions and feelings or so they say
