Dear Brothers ,
Many thanks to Century vai for his valuable advice
Need help regarding the following issue:
1.My PCC is from Barisal because all my passport address are from Barisal but I am not living in Barisal for last 10 years. Now, When I am filling the Imm5669E background declaration form should I have to include my Barisal address in the address list under Address field #12 or can I provide my Dhaka address only and skip the Barisal address. :-\

2. Do I have to mention my passport's permanent & emergency address which is in Barisal as my Residential address in the IMM008(Generic Application form)

Note: I had tried to collect my PCC from Dhaka but police cell told me I have to collect my PCC from Barisal because in my passport all address are from Barisal.

Please provide your valuable advice to resolve this issue.

Thanks
Sakib

Brother, PCC is per country not by city..
You can't be innocent in Dhaka if you are a criminal in Barisal :)

There is nothing wrong as long as you keep the trail of the transaction. So, keep a bank statement on the date you convert it into FD. So, bank balance will go down and FD balance will go up. If VO ask for the current POF status, provide those documents.

I also agree totally what Sajibche and cjg1987 told. ;D ;D

Thanks to everyone Sajibche, cjg1987 and century.

Hi All,

Found this forum very useful. Can anyone plz give me an idea, how long it will take to complete the FSW process. Though Singapore office shows 28 months bt I heard they processed it a bit early. I got the PER, not AOR yet.

Anyone of 2013 applicants got visa yet?

Brother - forget about Visa, ask if any 2013 applicant got MR YET...You have no idea how the journey is going to be....28 month would be even early if they can process within this time.

Dear all
just to share that my ECAS has been changed to "Decision Made". All the best to all of you.
Regards.

in total number of years of education I mentioned 10+2+4+0 (form 5669->7.Education). many people have many ways to mention this education section. I did it as I have received my first certificate after 10 years of study which is S.S.C and then after 2 years H.S.C and then Hons. But some mentioned it like 7+5+4+0. Will it be a problem the way I mentioned? Please clarify.

You from Bangladesh ? Just wondering why your visa office is London :)

Actually there are following four sections,

1) Elementary/primary school: 5 years
2) Secondary/high school: 5 Years
3) University/college: 6 Years (college 2 + varsity 4, add another 1/2 year if u have MS/MBA)
4) Other post secondary: 0

The above is the standard one I think. Yet, they did not created that section to know how many years it took to get a certificate. rather they wanted to know how many years you have studied in different stages of education system. You wrote 10 in the first field which generally means you studied 10 years in elementary/primary school. similarly, you studied 2 years in high school and 4 years in varsity.

Forget it bro. They must know about our education system. Personally, i saw different person fills it in different way. I hope it wont create any problem as long as total duration of study equals or greater than 16.

Thanks mate! +1 for you :)

Congratulation to sheikh958!! Good luck

Because I think he lives in London! Visa office depends on the country of residence that's why it was much quicker than SGP @ FSWCIO
