Dear Seniors and experts,

I have some questions about the following issues,Please help me to find the answer:

1.My police clearance certificate has been issued based on my permanent address which is in Barisal.But I didn't lived there for more than ten years.I am currently living in Dhaka. Now,when I am filling the MMM5669E form should I mention my permanent address in the Address field no#12.
2.Is it necessary that my present address should be mentioned on my bank certificate of solvency.
3.In the IMM5669E form at the education field (7),do I have to include my duration of study in the primary school.
4.By birth place mismatches between my two passports the current one and the old one.Now I want to submit the copy of my current passport ,will it be acceptable.
5.Once I had visited abroad for few weeks ,all my necessary visa info are included in my old passport.Now,If i do not submit my old passport ,do I have to mention about my travel in Travels (IMM 5562) form or can I skip it.

I am preparing to create a FDR and then I will collect a bank certificate.Can any any body provide me a sample format of Bank certificate.

Please provide your valuable suggestions and help.

I believe he received only AOR and by it he thought processing has been started. ::) ::) ::)

I think you should immediately send your application package again. Pcc is what might delay u.

in DHL, they have opened my application package envelope by cutting the edge of envelope by knife. they told me that, it is a part of their scrutiny. they check their all parcel by this way. after opening they put my original envelope in bin and put all the docs in their paperbag, after sealing their paperbag, they put that in another polybag. Wondering if it will cause any negative impact..... have anyone else experienced it?

My ECAS Status showing "" in process"". What does it mean ? I have not got AOR mail yet. Only got PER mail.

Brothers.. Can you please inform the experience letter format attached in the thread is Ok or not? As I am in a company for about 8 years with multiple positions, i think it would be better if i separate my responsibilities from the position and salary table.. Otherwise some of the responsibilities would be repeated in many rows...

Yes, as you pointed out, you need to provide designation-wise responsibilities. Other details are OK.

Along with this, I need to provide photocopy of Appointment letter, Pay slip and Tax certificate. Right? Anything else?

In our office, we get computer generated pay slip through email. So should i print that Slip or ask for yearly salary certificate? How many pay slip should be attached?

Only latest Tax certificate is required or need to provide previous certificates as well??
