For Father's Name, Given Name has two Field, I filled the 1st one with the same given name as printed in My passport. In the second one can I put his alternative name like, Md. XXXXXX XXXXX? In my passport his name was given as Mohammad XXXXX XXXX.. But in his passport he used Md..

Another thing, SSC and HSC end month should be the month that examination held or the month of result published?

Put Md in other name field.

Use the result date.

But in the form they asked to write "NONE". So what to do?

I need an important suggestion and it's too much URGENT. One of my friend sent pictures with rimed glasses. According to CIC's specification, there is a huge chance of not being accepted. What he should do now??

Suggestion is send new photo the form right now to CIC...attach a cover letter stating that the situation ...

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

Dear Bro, Wearing glass is not a problem, but there are some rules regarding this,

1. Should be no reflection on glass.
2. Frame of glass should not cover eyes.

Here is a important link of how a photo should be taken in case of glass. Please dont compare the photo measurement of the link, its for another visa application, just see the situations in case of glass.

Check if your photo has any of the above two problems, If yes then send new photo, otherwise no problem for glass.

In all my past visits, I had tourist visas. But I went there for Training, Meetings, Testing etc. Should I write Tourism or specific reasons?
Spouse - Should I Check ‘Did not Travel’ or Need to type None in the table as well?
Dependent Child 18 years or old – if there is no such child then should I write ‘Not Applicable’ in given name field and check ‘Did not Travel’ for all c,d,e tables?

Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers
Current Occupation = Job Title that I hold now?
Years of experience is in between 1 and 2 years, what should I select?
My current Occupation is around 8 years which covers maximum requirement of 6 years. Do I still need to show my previous Job information? Even if I show them, I may not be able to get all necessary docs as prescribed for Work Experience. Only paper I have for my past jobs are ‘To whom It may concern’ letter.

Additional family Information
Name English and Bengali for all?
If Deceased, Current address should be Deceased or NA?
Kids email Not Applicable?
Remaining Blank spaces should be kept as Blank or NA?

Recently, I have started to review this forum.It seems to me very helpful to collect information for Federal Skill Program in Canada. I had forwarded my Federal Skill Worker Application Forms and Supporting Documents on Thursday, August 28, 2014.


I have kept few fields blank that are not applicable for me in application forms. For example, I do not have spouse and dependent children. I have kept blank in spouse and dependent related fields in all places of application forms. Similarly, I do not have involvement in Military/ paramilitary service and government positions. So I have kept those fields blank too.

I have found in CIC website that I have to put N/A or none for those fields which are not applicable for me. But I forget to write N/A or None in those blank fields.


Should I send my application forms again with N/A or None Text?

Can anyone in this group give advice regarding my issue?

Thanks a lot for your response. I have already sent my application with NOC Category: 2171 on 2-Oct-2014. As per DHL process, application will be delivered by 7th/8th Oct-2014. As you mentioned may be I have wait to see my luck. But by when and how I will be able to know a concrete feedback?

What will be the worst case scenario if the specified CAP is already filled?, will my application be returned or will it be on queue for next year?

Apart from those how to find the total count for the above mentioned NOC those will accepted at max.

It is advisable to provide all the documents of employments - past and present - as much as possible. Regardless you can supply those or not, fill up all your experiences in the table.

Yes, wherever asked for writing in native language, you need to write both english and bangla. Note that you can write bangla with pen after printing the filled up form.

One of friends had submitted all docs in WES for USA educational purpose and got positive assessment. Now he is going to apply for FSWP in WES canada. Does he need to submit all docs again or simply applying. Please provide the procedures in details. Thanks in advance.
