DHL fu**ed me up. I've sent my app package on 1st Oct. The documents were not reached by yesterday and I sent a query to their call center about clarification. Few minutes ago I got the following mail:
"Dear Mr. *******:
Good Morning!
This is in reference to the shipment sent under Waybill # ******** to Canada on October 1, 2014. Please note that as per our Global Tracking System, the consignee address is in an on-forwarding area and the shipment was handed over to a Third Party Delivery Agent on October 5, 2014. Regrettably, the shipment was forwarded to an incorrect service station and it was on hold until sent to the destination service centre. However, our Global Tracking System indicates the shipment is expected to be physically recovered at the correct service centre by today. We have requested DHL Canada to arrange urgent delivery on October 8, 2014.
We will keep you notified on the progress of the shipment within 6:00 PM on October 9, 2014. Meanwhile, we would appreciate your kind patience and understanding until the resolution of the matter.
