Hi everyone,

Alhamdulillah! I have received my PER e-mail today :D :D . My application was received on 11-06-14 and I received my PER on 8-10-14.

What happens next? What is the next step?

Thanks and Eid Mubarak.
Now they will send your file to respective VISA office for further processing. If it is SGVO then wait for at least one year to get the next response except the letter they issued for acknowledging receipt of your file.

Dear seniors,

I shall be grateful if you kindly give me answer for the following regarding FSWP

I sent my application to CIO and it was received on 20-August-2014. I applied for NOC 2131 but today when i checked application forms again, i found a mistake in IMM008 Generic application form. I wrote my passport number correctly but country of issue was written wrong. This is because i thought the country of issue would be from where i submitted the application for my passport. I am a Bangladeshi and residing in QATAR since 2011.
Kindly give your valuable opinion about the mistake.

This is a severe mistake....

What I can suggest updated Generic form to CIC right now... attach a cover letter stating that the situation ...

State ur name+DOB+PP number+UCI (if any)+NOC code+ Date of rcvd...

Courier:
Central Registry
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
CIO Correspondence

Sydney,NS
B1P5Z2
Canada

Also email them to below ID (write "URGENT" on the subject of the email)

E-Mail Address for Enquiry about application:

Consider the above without space.

Please include below info on the email body:

Put ur Passport Number

Remember, rest of the things up to CIC that whether they will accept it or not....But several applicant's additional doc has been accepted by CIC on FSW14 or earlier...

Good luck... :)

Brothers, the letter that WES sent to me mentioned that they sent verified transcripts to educational institute. Do i need to collect and send them with my application or i should send only the 'Canadian Equivalency Summary' along with photocopy of original transcripts and Certificates?

Also do i need to send SSC and HSC certificates/Mark sheets or only Bachelor and Masters Certificates/Transcripts??

Ashif Bhai, Confirm me one thing. If I have received the PER - that means CIC thinks my job description matches with my NOC right?

is there any possibility that the SGVO could think my JD does not properly match with the NOC and reject on that basis- by overruling the decisition of CIC?

Yes, it is not beyond possibility. Good thing is that VO gives the opportunity to explain and could call for interview to make them convince.

But Do CIC actually check if the JD matches with NOC? or they just check if we have given all the needed document?

Ofcourse CIC check the JD matches with NOC.....But they dont verify this at PER level..,,Its the duty of Local VO....:)

Dear ashif_eee,

(1) When i submit update IMMM0008_2D form to CIO Singapore, I should submit ONLY update documents (New information such as new passport number and new educational certificate) or should I need to submit All documents (Old documents+ New update documents)?

(2) For RPRF, after we make Cashier's Order or Bank Draft, is there any from to fill up to write Cashier's order or Bank Draft number to write in the form or just directly submit to High Commission of Canada, Singapore attached with other additional documents? Because I cannot find any from to write my Cashier's Order number to write.

Please let me know your opinion. Thanks.

Brother,

1. U need to fill the form with updated info.....Send ur new PP copy. No need of the other additional docs like new employment (if applicable) docs.....:)

2. No need to fill any form......Although in BD we require the printed email of CIC and the medical form with original PP for the bankdraft....

Send all this docs along with the DD to SGVO CIC courier address....Thats it!
