Dear Brothers ,
Many thanks to Century vai for his valuable advice
Need help regarding the following issue:
1.My PCC is from Barisal because all my passport address are from Barisal but I am not living in Barisal for last 10 years. Now, When I am filling the Imm5669E background declaration form should I have to include my Barisal address in the address list under Address field #12 or can I provide my Dhaka address only and skip the Barisal address. :-\

2. Do I have to mention my passport's permanent & emergency address which is in Barisal as my Residential address in the IMM008(Generic Application form)

Note: I had tried to collect my PCC from Dhaka but police cell told me I have to collect my PCC from Barisal because in my passport all address are from Barisal.

Please provide your valuable advice to resolve this issue.

Thanks

However, add a addendum where you mention some of the address where you lived for few days in once in 6 months like your Barisal address or your spouse's address or your relatives's addresses. I did this in this way without mentioning any time period. In this way, it will cover the passport address with the proper explanation.

2. Do I have to mention my passport's permanent & emergency address which is in Barisal as my Residential address in the IMM008(Generic Application form). Use your residential address same as 5669E.

hi all,

I have shown one saving account for proof of fund. Now, because it's taking long time to process, I am thinking to put those fund into Fixed Deposit so that I can get some interest out of it! But the problem is, that will change the bank info and it will take few days time to send the new one (FDR) meanwhile if they call the bank there will be no fund as it's in the new account. What they will do if situation is like this..will they ask for any clarification or they will give negative remark already. Will they consider the new statement when they arrive? I will really appreciate any help!

regards,

johnjarim

CIC will not contact the bank directly to know how much you have in your account. Banks also will not give your account information to a third party. Even if you are under criminal investigation, if any government agency that want to access your account must have a court warrant/order. OK. Now, if CIC wants they can request you to submit an updated proof of fund. In that case, you can show your FDR and give an explanation of the matter.

Dear Century, r u agree with this, that CIC doesn't check with the bank directly!

Bank does not disclose personal information of clients to any third party. It is rule of thumb.

If Visa office doubts the funds were borrowed, they will ask for bank statements for a period greater than or equal to 6 months.

There is nothing wrong as long as you keep the trail of the transaction. So, keep a bank statement on the date you convert it into FD. So, bank balance will go down and FD balance will go up. If VO ask for the current POF status, provide those documents.

I also agree totally what Sajibche and cjg1987 told. ;D ;D

Please suggest me about my condition:

When I applied for FSW this year in May, I didn't had the full required amount in cash previously. I had some personal investments from which I withdrew my money and deposited in my savings a/c. previously in my saving a/c there was small amount fund with regular transactions. So when i gave the 6 month's statement - it showed a large amount of money i have deposited just before applying. I have not provide any explanation of the sudden fund.

from that time the money is present at my a/c. Now with this statement I have received the PER but I am really worried now if SGVO considers it a issue of rejection....or they will at least ask for an explanation? If they ask for the POF again -then i will easily provide 6 month's statement. But will they give me the chance or directly reject my file?

seniors plz plz suggest....

You will be given at least a 2nd time if they want to make an issue out of it - then you can explain on it. As long as money is your, don't loose sleep over it.

Issh, I should not have given them the 6 month's statement at all. I could have provide only the Bank solvency certificate...But that time it did not seem very illogical to me to show the deposit of the fund suddenly. I mean who keep 14-15 lakh cash idol without any reason in savings A/C. almost every one invest their fund - in land / property or business... which they won't accept as settlement fund. So is not it natural for applicants to convert their money in liquid form just before applying?

Is it confirm they will ask an explanation later?

Dear Century Vai,

Many many thanks and Eid Mubarak.
Your suggestion helps me a lot to complete the form. I wrote my Dhaka address in all forms. Now none of the forms contain my passport's address. My pcc is also according to my passport address. My question is whether this situation can disqualify my PCC certificate.

I know i have asked almost the same question but a little advice may help to get rid of the confusion.
