Hi friends,
as a POF , while submitting the bank statement of saving account, what should be
the duration of statement . in my case the account is 6 yrs old. should i print my
6 yrs , it will be a huge due to frequent debit card transaction.

please advise.

No need for 6 years statement. If you are providing statements anywhere between 3-6 months should be fine.

one more thing:
in background form:
mother and fathers death of date should keep blank or should write N/A?
in which section should i hav to show the study (HSC RESULT TO VERSITY admission)gap?
in Education section or Personal history section?
in payment form:
i just add the amount of mine and my spouse and total amount and kept other amount field blank. should i have to give 0.00 on those field?

I am working in a bank for more than 5 years though my designation and branches have been changed. Should I submit my reference letters from different branches and also for the different positions?

If you were working in the same bank for more than 5 years, then the reference letter can mention all the different positions you have held with the same back with duration at each positions held , and also the branches you worked in .

Not necessary to provide training certificates.

U can submit only one ref letter for the whole 5 yrs...It can be taken from current branch or prev...No problem....

Take this letter from the person whom u have more faith...

I guess BD applicant alws courier (we should use this) then the second address should not be used...
