Friends, if documents sent through FEDEX does any one know how long does it take to reach SYDNEY,NS after document has reached GOFF,NS?

My parcel is at GOFF,NS since yesterday. Getting worried.

We'll it depends, coz FedEx or DHL do not have access to CIC area. In my case the parcel waited there until authorised courier came to collect it. But don't worry you will be in the cap

Question: With passport request, what kind of photos did you send?

The PPR email says "2 passport-sized photos". Now we all know passport-sized photos are different then immigration photos.

As far as I know passport-sized photos are much bigger than immigration photos.

Hi experts,
CIC says if the space is not enough please add additional sheet

with applicant name , form title and question number

but i need to add extra sheet both for me and my spouse for background form question no. 7

then on the top of the extra sheet how can i differentiate it for me and my spouse, coz both the case applicant name is my name ? isnt it?

or should i bring additional field like "this form filled by .....(ex: spouse name )?

I just wrote My job designation like " Technical Lead" instead of "Software Engineer"

Please clarify me if I am wrong

Technical lead(I can write designation/Title instead of Software Engineer)

So, I am going write my designation instead of Software Engineer in Everywhere of the forms where Occupation is written?

On personal history you should include your current designation title(Technical Lead) as well

for Economic class form 12)a should be NOC title(software engineer) and 12)B your current occupation title(Technical lead).

Its how I completed my forms. Wait for seniors comments for more clarification

one more thing:
in background form:
mother and fathers death of date should keep blank or should write N/A?
in which section should i hav to show the study (HSC RESULT TO VERSITY admission)gap?
in Education section or Personal history section?
in payment form:
i just add the amount of mine and my spouse and total amount and kept other amount field blank. should i have to give 0.00 on those field?

You need to send them immigration size photo as per the specification given in the CIC website.

Did you submit medical+pcc with ur passport? Or only passport?

I was asked to submit the PCC and conducted medical with the doctor. Then they asked me to submit passports on a later date.

In the PPR letter, it is mentioned not to send any inquiry before completing 30 days. But there is no specific turn around time for this.

Thanks. I think since they have already conducted your medical earlier, you would get it with in a 1 month.

Where to knock at University of Dhaka to send the verification request done on the same day?

You should 1st visit room # 327 at 2nd floor & talk with them. the print out of email is sent to this room from VC office, everyday.

The verification request e-mail is sent to VC office, by WES.
2 staffs at VC office (on the ground floor of register building) check email everyday. They get around 50-80 emails everyday.
They said, it takes around 2-3 days for the email print out to reach room # 327, in normal way, after visiting many desks.

Ppl in the room # 327 suggested me to collect the email print out from VC office directly & handover them. I managed to do that.
And requested room #327 ppl to send reply within a day. They were asking a "unofficial fee" for this, which I paid & asked them to reply on the same day (In addition to the official $30 verification fee). I guess they did so. or at least on the next day. bt cant be sure, coz WES updates the receipt of reply in a day or two, after they receive.

I kept track of my WES verification process & checked mail every few hours. WES mailed me at 4 in the morning (BD time) & I visited DU at 9 AM in the morning. Try to visit early morning, as they are free & can help you. Be polite & ask for help of ppl at room # 327. They dnt provide this spcl help to everyone. 8) They are the main ppl behind reply of verification mails.

In guidelines it has been written that barcode page will be placed before all forms. That means 5 & 6 no. pages of generic form will be come after documents check list then 1-4 page of generic form. Is it ok?
