HI all
on May 15,2014,Got reply from London Visa office that my application is still under review with an officer and I should be hearing from them SHORTLY,however they also mentioned that they extended my medicals which have just expired on May 10 ,2014 and now it is valid till May 2015.

it is been 23 days since they said shortly and no PPR yet,I am going with my wife and 3 kids,and we are now extremely worried if they will delay us more and then we have to suffer delays to school and settle in a bad weather of winter.
What do u think guys?Do u think they will again postpone us till next year and suffer again like the last 4 years of waiting or it is just a matter of days more?
we are really frustrated me ,wife and even kids ,all plans on hold and time is running fast. I have expressed to them clearly that I am well settled financially and passports renewed for 5 years and scanned copies were sent long time ago ?
I really have no clue what they are waiting for?????

You should 1st visit room # 327 at 2nd floor & talk with them. the print out of email is sent to this room from VC office, everyday.

The verification request e-mail is sent to VC office, by WES.
2 staffs at VC office (on the ground floor of register building) check email everyday. They get around 50-80 emails everyday.
They said, it takes around 2-3 days for the email print out to reach room # 327, in normal way, after visiting many desks.

Ppl in the room # 327 suggested me to collect the email print out from VC office directly & handover them. I managed to do that.
And requested room #327 ppl to send reply within a day. They were asking a "unofficial fee" for this, which I paid & asked them to reply on the same day (In addition to the official $30 verification fee). I guess they did so. or at least on the next day. bt cant be sure, coz WES updates the receipt of reply in a day or two, after they receive.

I kept track of my WES verification process & checked mail every few hours. WES mailed me at 4 in the morning (BD time) & I visited DU at 9 AM in the morning. Try to visit early morning, as they are free & can help you. Be polite & ask for help of ppl at room # 327. They dnt provide this spcl help to everyone. 8) They are the main ppl behind reply of verification mails.

I am little bit confused about proof of fund. I just check in CIC, i have to show money in my account without borrowing from anyone.
another think is it necessary to show source of fund? and how long have to keep this amount in account.

In guidelines it has been written that barcode page will be placed before all forms. That means 5 & 6 no. pages of generic form will be come after documents check list then 1-4 page of generic form. Is it ok?

the seal should be there. try seeing it from behind, it's usually an embossing round seal at the bottom left corner, if I am not wrong!!

source of funds may be asked if the transactions are irregular. suppose u keep 2K in your account. it goes up n down from 1k to 3k, now suddenly if there's a deposit of 10k, it creates suspicion n they ask Where did it came from?? regarding how long to keep the money, there's no ideal situation. some showed the money for only 3 days and got visa and some showed it for a year and didn't get visa!! so, the bottom line is that, whatever u do, there has to be a logical explanation. if they ask, explain it to them.

Unfortunately no there is no seal. Just plain signature of the officer. Apparently this is how the document was given to us.
