BUT, submit application section (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/sydney.asp) says we have to
mail application and fees to :

Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)

Canada

what will be mailing address to send the application of FSW.

At FSWP Application Link Point 3 --- > Submit Your Completed Application says

Mail your application and fee to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada)

And If we click Centralized Intake Office Link we are getting below address from ECONOMIC CLASSES Section

If u are sending ur docs through courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS) then follow below address:

I guess BD applicant alws courier (we should use this) then the second address should not be used...

the duration of statement . in my case the account is 6 yrs old. should i print my
6 yrs , it will be a huge due to frequent debit card transaction.

If I send the application file to address mentioned at Regular Mail address while using Courier ( DHL ) is there any issue ? no as ur application already received by authorized person

also I have not written NOC Code on Envelope. i think no plm at all as they have to open the file and will see everything

It depends on the country of education whether you should be sending it or your institution to WES,, and also whether is needs to be attested.
