Hi.

I can apply under two NOC's through EE2015.
2174 & 2281.
Whereas my point is 350,Is it better to apply under a hot NOC or cold one to raise my chance of being selected?

CLB 7 is must for NOC 0 and A, Check the 13th point in :

'Candidates must also meet the minimum language requirements (for NOC 0 and A occupations: CLB 7; for NOC B occupations: CLB 5).'

Hi,

Do you have any update whether all the occupations fall under NOC B will be eligible under new express entry system ?

At present only 90 occupations are eligible under Federal Skilled Trades Program. However, it is not clear as per the latest rules upadted on website.

Would appreciate if you could some provide some inputs or forward a link for my review.

No minimum score. Anyone can create a EE profile but only those who meet the requirements of any of the participating programs (FSW, FSTP or PNP) would enter the EE pool from where the top ranked and those with job offer or proper nomination will be invited to apply for PR.

Yes, WES required for Spouse as well in case you want to claim points for same.

I gave IELTS in MAY and scored 6 in Each. Last month i tried again and end up with R:5.5, L:8, S:8, W:7.
Can i use my first ILETS score?

Dear Friends,

I'm 26th June FSWP applicant and awaiting my MR/RPRF. I dont really have much knowledge about new Express Entry system. I think NDVO has been very slow since past couple of weeks in processing FSWP applications, may be they are getting ready for EE and giving more priority to it!

Two questions:

1. Would it be advisable to apply for EE in Jan'15?
2. If I don't apply for EE then another question arise is, Will I be able to access the job search pool which CIC has created for EE applicants?

Does proof of fund needed for upcoming Express Entry like FSW? As it is mandatory proof of fund for FSW 2014.....

I dont think so that fund proof will be required for applying into the EE-2015. However after getting the job offer and called upon by CIC to apply for the PR i am not clear on proof of funding...

Dear experts,
I am a software professional and could not get into FSW 2014.
I am looking forward for express entry.But it appears it is going to be very tough.

1) Do we need to find a job offer before we apply in the new system ? Is it possible to get a job offer from India ?
2) Is there any chance of me getting through :
IELTS SCORE : S-6.5,W-7,L-8,R-9
Education : B-TECH - Obtained ECA from WES as a four year equivalent degree
Work exp :7 years
Age : 29
Spouse IELTS :S-6,W-6,L-6,R-6.
How much points will I get ?
3) What is the process to get selected as a province nominee ?

1. At the time of EE registration, should we pay any fees?Huh?
2. If we get selected to apply for PR, thn after starting the process ,if by any chance we get rejected(At medicals fr example) ,are we obliged to get a refund?Huh??

this is for my cousin...he s a hotel managmnt graduate and would like to apply for EE....he s hving his experience as supervisor for 2 - 3 years....i would like to knw whether he s eligible to apply for EE under NOC (6311) Food service supervisors......this NOC is not there in fsw ....pls send me a personal message....

I'm on a PGWP which is expiring in May 2015. I'd applied for PNP(Alberta) under International graduate Emplyr driven category and still waiting for nomination cert. Shall I start working on getting LMIA for EE now or just wait for PNP cert. Please suggest.
