Hi Legalfalcon i received my notes today,i noticed on the right side of my notes s.15(1) s.19(1) s.19(1)(c) so what does this means?

Under s19 either your did not get the signature of your spouse or your child under 18 and their information has been withheld.

Hi Legalfalcon, quick question, does the A11.2 check include medical? Meaning if ones medicals hasn't passed yet, the officer/agent would not be able to finalize the A11.2 check? He/she has to wait until medical pass?

I was graduated from "École de technologie supérieure" yes it does appear on that link. Master's in Electrical Engineering (2 years program)

I got my notes earlier this week, and i have security screening..

My background has been in progress since september so i had an idea that i was chosen for extreme vetting.

However, under security screening ( after the blank area), instructions to partners and instructions from partners is 0. Does that mean they still havent sent my file to screening? Is there any way to know through looking at my gcms notes whether my security has been completed? I have both s15 1 and s16 c on 2 pgs.

Hi

Can anyone help with this please. I ordered GCMS notes and received on 9th March 2017 and 3rd May 2017 (the notes received on the 9th of March were generated on the 21st of February while the one received on the 3rd of May were generated on the 4th of April). Both notes show eligibility and medicals as passed but criminal and security show as 'not started'. In the notes, I noticed information has been shared with the US and status shows as 'NRT'. I have sent emails to the visa office processing my application and got replies on the 24th of March 2017 and 2nd of May 2017 that my file is with an officer for review. I would like to know if:

1) Security and criminal checks could have been started or completed without them being updated on the GCMS notes

2) Can the review in the reply I received from the visa office be the final review before PPR?

3) In the notes, due date under application assignment is 30th March 2017. Do you have any idea what this means?

Hi experts, i have a question about the 'CLIENT DETAILS' part in GCMS notes. There is 'Searched Date' in 'CLIENT DETAILS' part, which is pretty close to now. Is that the update done by officer who process the PR application or by the officer who processed our GCMS notes?

No, A11.2 does not include medical. Is you read the the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the inadmissibility is defined in Division 4 (and medical inadmissibility in S 38). Where as eligibility is found in the IRPA rules, A11.2. They are two separate vetting that is done..

Did you submit all form as requested. Because I do not think that if you educational institution appears in the list you should have issues. Also, send a CSE to IRCC and see what they say.

I do not get your question, could you please provide more reference and elaborate.

When you apply for GCMS, and do not file a consent form when you have your spouse on the file or a child, their information is withheld under s19.

Yes, usually IRCC on GCMS uses 0 for none and 1 for yes.
