ATIP, the law under which you obtain GCMS notes, is a federal law and a fundamental right to get your information which the government has. You can obtain it as many times as you want, it is an applicants constitutional and federally guaranteed right. The representative by scaring you that too many requests would cause delays, is wholly unfounded, incorrect and illegal.
