Can anyone share the email id which one should be looking in the inbox for GCMS notes?

I got my second GCMS notes today

Eligibility status changed from Not Started to Recommend Passed on the second page
Selection-EE Econ Recommend Passed on 27/3/2017 at Cairo VO
A11.2 Met on 15/12/2016 At CIO
Is it supposed to change to Passed or may remain Recommend Passed till the end?

Security status is still Not Started!!!
Could the security be ongoing nevertheless?

The most recent note has been done at CIO by a case analyst on 15/12/2016. There is no existence of CPC-Ottawa in my notes. My primary office is Cairo and my secondary one is CIO.
I have passed 5 months and still waiting I am worried about the security status being Not Started till now!
I also have this in Associations part:
Organizations and Entities: 1 and a big white space under it. what does this mean?

Most likely IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, but it could be other id too depending on which country you are in and where your final request is issued from.

The A11.2 or the Eligibility is done is 2-3 stages. First an Case Analyst reviews and makes a suggestion, then an agent will look into the recommendation and approve it. In 99% cases the case analyst's review is upheld by the agent. The terms PASSED, Recommended PASSED, MET or similar terms have the same meaning.


Security status is still Not Started!!!

Yes there is s16 on the top right but there is no s15 in any page. I included being a member of the syndicate of pharmacists in the personal history beside my work experience and education. It is a professional organization and it is a mandatory part to get the practice license in egypt. I hope this doesn't make any further delays. Thank you so much.

*FOSS Check completed - satisfied PA meets all other requirements* & and on the right top corner of this oye it's written s.15(1) . This note was on March 29, 2017 and my background check went into progress on March 31,2017

I have given a detailed explanation about s15/16 on the first page of this thread. FOSS check is the Field Operations Support System check where the IRCC runs the applicants name in three database called FOSS. This gives they results of any prior immigration violations etc. If your BGC is in progress, you are closer then ever to getting a PPR.

Current trend for passing Medical for this stream is around 40-50 days.

Since I can not know when the R10 is passed, when do you recommend ordering GCMS notes, also a month after AOR?
For e-GCMS it says approximately 40 Days Delivery Time. So do I get fresh report or report that is "old 40 days" by the time it gets to me?
