1. YEs, if you answered yes to a stat question, the reason and the questions you answered yes to will have to be reviewed. It could be a prior visa refusal, criminality, etc. So the RR only signifies that this has been marked for an officer to be looked into carefully,

2. Yes, the call centre agents can only see some parts of the GCMS notes on the system. They do not see the details. So it is quite possible. Many applicants who receive the GCMS notes even though under assessments on page 2 it may say not started, but they may still have a CPA or analyst note on eligibility.

RR does not cause delay. It merely is asking an officer to review a certain aspect. RR for stat questions is normal and very quick .

CBSA / CSIS os only involved when IRCC asks them to. Unless you are in enhanced security screening, there is no point requesting CBSA notes.

If you security is blank, it is redacted and you will see s15 on the top right of the page where the security assessment is. To read on s15 see https://bit.ly/3dZm9Ki

Also check the security activities in your GCMS notes. Most applicants who have 4 will have the security passed.

If it has been over 2 months that your eligibility was passed and the security has been in progress, that is one indicator of enhanced security screening.

Probably best to wait as with COVID-19 some processes can take longer than usual.

First, start by sending a webform. Many application keep pending due to administrative delay. Wait for a webform form response and see if you have any updates.

If you are sure that your eligibility is passed by an officer, and your security was started, usually denoted by being blank on page 2 of the GCMS notes notes, then you can consider requesting CBSA as CBSA notes usually do not redact security related info.
