I have also under same category, am not sure about the accurate timing but usually it takes more than 7-8 months. I had applied under same category on January 29

Can't believe it took ainp 2.5 months to issue a file number...
Now Ainp is processing International Graduate applications submitted in June 2014.........You can see those June 2014 applicants have been waiting for 23 months

You probably can find another topic"R u waiting for AINP nomination" in this forum or the updates on AINP website. People under EDS-International graduate category are still waiting from June 2014... I applied in Nov 2014 and it is my 18th month of waiting. My work permit will be expired very soon...

No change has happened since 2014.
Unfortunately you might not be in a better situation than 2014 EDS-IGC applicants who you think "HAVE TO wait 2 years for nomination". There are 2500 EDS-IGC people waiting in line ahead of you. So suppose each month from today AINP will give 115 out of 450 nominations (25%) to EDS-IGC applicants, it will be after 22 months when your turn comes.

Hi guys!

Application send: january 30th
Application refused: middle of march (sorry I dont remember the day 16 or 17, employer mistake) send again the next day

File number: got it may 3th

My work permit expired today and today I got a call for CIC, the wanted to know what I am doing for get a new work permit, we applied for an LMIA, still waiting for an answer, so they request a copy of the LMIA, letter that I still working (implied status) and a copy of my extension wp payment, send those papers today.

Somebody know if is possible to get the nomination if the work permit is already expired and then apply for a bridging work permit or my only chance is wait for the LMIA approved?

Somebody told me that is not possible to get a nomination if the wp is already expired, but I am still working and I am in implied status
