heard from a friend who knows ainp's officer.

Hi,guys I just heard a rumor that Ainp has two groups of officers are woking on cases under EDS, one group is focusing on applications between 2014-2015(before they stop accepting new applicants ), and other groups are woking on applications after 2016 27th Jan. Does anyone know about this?

I think applicants who applied in 2014 under EDS-IGC HAVE TO wait 2 years for nomination. did they have a rule in 2014 and then they cancled it after 2014？
